03How do overage fees work?
Each transaction above the quota is billed at the overage rate.
Example P1 (500 tx, 400₫ overage): 600 tx in a month → 100 × 400₫ = 40,000₫.
Total: 199,000₫ + 40,000₫ = 239,000₫.
04Can I switch plans?
Yes, any time. Upgrades apply immediately, prorated. Downgrades apply from the next cycle. Your data is always kept.
